Text alerts for business owners
Status: text alerts are not active yet. Our carrier registration is still pending. Until it is approved, HeloCom sends alerts by email only. Nothing on this page means a text has been or will be sent before then.
What the texts are
Account notifications for the owner of a HeloCom Pro account, sent to the mobile number the owner enters: a visitor message was confirmed, a call ended without a confirmed message, 80% and 100% of monthly minutes used, and all phone lines busy. They are not marketing and carry no promotions.
How an owner opts in
Signed in to their own owner page, the owner enters a mobile number and may tick an optional, unticked box next to it. Saving other settings works without ticking it. The owner enters the number and ticks the box while signed in to the owner page. HeloCom does not yet verify that the signed-in owner controls that mobile number, so the tick records the owner’s statement, not proof. Changing the number requires a new tick.

Messages, STOP and HELP
- Message frequency varies with call and message activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop all texts. Reply START to the same number to resume. Reply HELP for help (the HELP reply is still being set up; until then, email support@helocom.ai or call (760) 262-2345.)
- A STOP applies to every HeloCom business that texts that number.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
